Wallplay is an experiential content distribution platform and incubator that operates vacant retail spaces with cutting-edge content until landlords secure permanent tenants.
Wallplay's business model is two-fold:
1. Revenue-driving for Landlords & Brand/Agency Partners: Offer prime NYC real estate storefronts for short term activations
2. Social Impact Mission: Providing subsidized spaces for qualifying groups (local artists, non-profits, creative collectives etc.) to support hyperlocal communities

As their Marketing Director, my goal was to streamline processes around digital & physical marketing efforts, be the liaison between clients and Wallplay's brand, and build an agile marketing team from the ground up.
Highlights of my work include:
• Plan, execute and track marketing campaigns across various platforms include social media, email, digital and physical placements
• Manage marketing assets for 14 commercial spaces and aid in developing distinct brand identities for each neighborhood these spaces occupied--Williamsburg, Soho, and the Seaport District
• Produce and manage digital content for Wallplay's instagram account and each of their capsule sites: 25 Kent, Seaport District, and On Canal
• Facilitate strategic brand partnerships for activations, events, and company initiatives
• Create branded materials including partnership pitch decks, investor decks, physical signage and general marketing assets
• Develop free resources to support NYC communities during the COVID-19 pandemic including DIY mask making and hand sanitizer guides, social media how-to assets, and a website where artists can apply for grant funding to make and distribute masks safely to their communities
• Design a pop-up storefront best practices toolkit for landlords and tenants to safely reopen in a post COVID-19 retail environment
