June Homes is a real estate start-up offering a network of fully furnished bedrooms available for flexible durations in major American cities.
I worked as their Content & Partnerships Director to solidify their brand, facilitate strategic partnerships to drive ancillary revenue, build credibility within the real estate industry, and grow their online presence.
Highlights of my work include:
• Built an affiliate marketing program from the ground up to supplement the services offered through June Homes membership & drive ancillary revenue for the business
• UI/UX consultant for a back-end revenue management software to manage affiliate marketing campaigns and track ancillary revenue streams
• Produced and managed social media content to bolster online presence and build credibility within the lifestyle and real estate categories (This included organizing cobranded photoshoots with brand partners & affiliates, influencer marketing campaigns to drive engagement, and shooting weekly content on-site at various locations.)
• Created branded materials including partnership pitch decks, investor decks, brochures and general marketing assets
• Single-handedly organized a month-long, 30,000 sq. ft. experiential pop-up that featured curated programing including member events, brand sponsorships, strategic partner integrations/live demos, and a brand launch party that was heavily attended by press, investors, and influencers. (This aided in securing $25M in funding, closing out their second investment round)
